Skill Development Centres

• All players of ages 5 – 11 will be invited into the skill development schools at the first rung of the development programme.
• Players are coached in 6 week blocks and are reviewed at the end of each 6 week block.
• When a player shows promise, he will be invited from a skill development school to a age specific Development Centre. Players will also stay with the SDC.
• Shadow Squads are operated at ages  U8,U9,U10 & U11.
• Players from Development Centres and aged 12-15 will be invited 1 evening per week initially to integrate into the COE group before deciding whether to take on trial.

All Skill Development Centres are open to all players at a cost of £21 for 6 weeks.
